Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under "My Plan". When you cancel:
- Your memorial remains active and accessible until the end of the paid period (month or year).
- No further automatic charges will occur.
- You can keep accessing your dashboard until the expiration date.
- After expiration, the memorial will no longer be publicly accessible.
2. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your memorial after cancellation, you can purchase a new plan at any time. Your content (photos, videos, biography) is retained for 90 days after cancellation to facilitate reactivation.
3. Refunds
We offer full refunds in the following cases:
- Within the first 48 hours: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first purchase.
- Technical issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent use of the service and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate charges: In case of duplicate charges by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded.
4. Cases where refunds do NOT apply
- After the first 48 hours of service use.
- If the memorial has already been set up and used extensively.
- Due to change of mind after the 48-hour period.
- If any of our terms and conditions are violated.
5. Physical QR
The laminated physical QR (included in the Standard Plan) is non-refundable once shipped, as it is a personalized product. If the QR arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost.
6. Refund process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to hola@mariasmemorials.com with the subject "Refund request".
- Include your registered email and the reason for the request.
- We will process your request within a maximum of 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used in the purchase.
