1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Maria's Memorials platform (mariasmemorials.com and memorial.mariasmemorials.com), you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service description

Maria's Memorials is a digital memorial platform that allows users to create and maintain online memorials for their deceased loved ones. The service includes storage of photos, videos, audio, biographies, niche location and a QR code for public access to the memorial.

3. Plans and subscriptions

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices and features of each plan are available on our plans page. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.

• Payments are processed securely through Izipay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

4. User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when signing up.

5. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the platform (photos, videos, text, audio). By uploading content, you declare that you have the necessary rights over that content. Maria's Memorials does not claim ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, is illegal, offensive or inappropriate.

Copyright and intellectual property: Maria's Memorials is not responsible for any copyrighted content (music, images, videos, text or other material) uploaded by the user without authorization from the rights holder. By uploading content to the platform, the user warrants being the legitimate owner of the relevant rights or holding a valid license or authorization to do so. Any copyright claim will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may result in the removal of the content and/or suspension of the infringing user's account. Maria's Memorials acts solely as a provider of technological infrastructure and does not control, validate or pre-screen the content uploaded by users.

6. Condolences and moderation

Condolences submitted by visitors require approval from the memorial owner before being published. Maria's Memorials is not responsible for the content of condolences.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation and refunds

9. Limitation of liability

Maria's Memorials is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and/or on the platform.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
